摘要
档案信息的开发利用是对档案记载信息的采集、加工、存贮和输出的工作。加快档案信息化建设是促进档案信息开发利用的重要途径,就高校档案信息化建设及档案信息的开发利用状况、存在问题及解决方法,提出几点探索意见。
Archives informationalized filing means the collection of archive information beneficial to the devel-opment of productive force and society with scientific methods to achieve a perfect disposition and sharing ofhuman resources. Archive informations development and utilization means the collection, processing, storageand use of information recorded in archives. Accelerating the construction of archive information is an importantway to improve its development and utilization. Several exploratory advices are given with regard to the statusquo, the existing problems and the solutions of the construction of archive information and its development andutilization in colleges.
