摘要
对一个930 m2的歌舞厅自动喷水灭火系统的最不利点喷头工作压力分别按10 mH2O(1 mH2O=9.8×103Pa)和5 mH2O计算,得出系统所需的最低水压和流量及各自的喷水强度。根据娱乐场所营业时间和火灾发生规律,提出对娱乐场所自动喷水灭火系统进行简化设计,简化设计立足于解决原有公共娱乐场所改建的先天限制,突出初期火灾的扑救,在尽量保证安全的情况下,取消系统用电设备,取消水流指示器、信号阀、报警阀和与其配套的压力开关、水力警铃以及报警控制器,取消消防水箱、消防水池、消防水泵,直接利用室外市政给水管网的压力供水,供水压力不要求时刻保证中危险级Ⅰ级的要求,只需白天满足轻危险级设计要求,夜间满足中危险级Ⅰ级的要求即可。
The present paper has introduced a simplified design project of sprinkler systems specifically purposed for recreational places. The author's version is conceived and devised on the basis of the 'Code of Design on Building Fire Protection and Prevention' (2001 edition). The author's design is superior to the version suggested in the 2001 version, for the author studied carefully the original restriction of the sprinkler system design due to the historical conditions of the day, which is likely to lead to the failure to meet the urgent need. The present author carefully analyzed and calculated the flowrate as well as sprinkler intensity of the minimum water pressure with respect to the weakest point in a dancing hall of 930 square meters by using a nozzle working pressure of 10 mH2O and 5 mH2O. Having analyzed the business hours and general rule of fire-prevention in such places, the author has brought about the simplified design project, giving particular stress on overcoming the inherent restrictions for reconstruction while retaining the initial fire-extinguishing function. For safety reasons, the new version has cancelled such intricate indicators and switches as the flowrate indicator, alarming valve, the water pressure switch, water conservancy alarm bell and warning controller, fire control water tank, fire control pond and fire control water pump, and so on. Instead, it is designed to directly use the outdoor municipal water supply pressure of pipe network. In case of urgent need, supportive water pressure strength can be added to meet the needs of Grade One Danger to ensure the constant water supply both at the response to the daytime as well as night hour urgent appeal.
