摘要
目的 :建立复方氯霉素鱼肝油搽剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法不经分离直接测定氯霉素的含量 ,检测波长为 2 78nm。 结果 :氯霉素在浓度为 12~ 2 8μg/ ml内呈线性范围 ,相关系数 r=0 .9999。浓度为 12、2 0、2 8μg/ ml的样品液 ,日内 RSD分别为 1.0 0 %、1.11%和 1.13% ,日间 RSD分别为 1.35 %、1.84 %和 1.6 7%。浓度为 12、16、2 0、2 4μg/ ml样品液的平均回收率分别为 10 1.5 8%、99.9%、98.9%、10 1.13% ,RSD值为 1.2 1%。结论 :本方法可消除其他组分的干扰 ,简便易行 。
Objective: To determine chloramphenicol content of compound c hloramphenicol cod liver oil liniment. Methods: The first derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the chloramphenicol content in the form ulation directly. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results: The method was linear over the range of 12~28 μg/ml of chloramphenicol concentrati ons (r=0.999 9). When the example concentrations were 12, 20, 28 μg/ml, the intraday RSDs were 1.00%, 1.11% and 1.13%, and the interday RSDs were 1.35%, 1. 84% and 1.67%, respectively. The average recovery rates were 101.58%, 99.9%, 98. 9% and 101.13% and the RSD was 1.21% when the example concentrations were 12,16, 20,24 μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion: The interference of the ot her components can be excluded and the method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the hospital preparations.
