制剂中非药用原料的应用情况及解决方法的探讨

Studies on the situation of ap plication of raw materials not in accordance with the standards for drug to pharmaceutical preparations and methods of solving problems

目的 :了解我国制剂配制中非药用原料的使用现状 ,探讨解决问题的途径。方法 :查阅文献 ,并对部分医院制剂室的情况进行调查。结果 :制剂中非药用原辅料的使用十分普遍。结论 :应采取措施保证制剂质量 ,并加大药用原辅料的研究、开发力度。

Objective: To understand the current application of raw materials not in accordance wit h the standards for drug to pharmaceuti cal preparations and probe into the way to solve the problem. Methods: Reports and literatures were consulted, and some preparation laborato ries in hospital pharmacy were investigated. Results: Raw materi als and adjuvants not in accordance with the cinal raw standards for drug are ge nerally applied to pharmaceutical preparations. Conclusion: Meas ures should be adopted to ensure the quality of preparations. Development of mat erials in accordance with the standards for drug should be emphasized.
