摘要
针对元宝山发电厂 3号锅炉后屏再热器及末级再热器频繁爆管以及再热汽温偏低的问题进行了详尽的分析 ,提出了综合治理再热器爆管和解决再热汽温偏低的技术方案 。
A detail analysis is made on the frequent tube explosions of both the reheaters at the back screen and the final reheaters of No 3 the boiler in Yuanbaoshan Power Plant.Also the low steam temperature of reheater is discussed here.Moreover a technical plan is proposed to solve the problems of tube explosion of the reheaters and the low steam temperature of reheater.As a result the reliability of boiler operation is greatly improved after the retrofitting.
