摘要
数字图书馆建设已经成为21世纪科技竞争的焦点,就高校数字图书馆建设策略提出了四个方面应该注意的问题,即正确处理数字图书馆与传统图书馆的关系;注意宏观调控,走共建共享的服务道路;加强网络资源建设和信息导向;提高信息服务水平和质量。
To build a digital library is one of the focuses in scientific competition in 21stcentury. Four aspects onthe strategies of building digital libraries in colleges are given, that is, properly dealing with the relationshipbetween digital libraries and traditional libraries; paying more attention to problems of micro-control and thesharing of information resources; enhancing the construction of network resources and the guidance of infor-mation and improving the serving quality of the information.
