摘要
详细介绍了武钢 2 2 50曲柄式切头飞剪中机架、轴承座、曲辊、上下刀架等核心零件的加工方法及问题分析。实践证明 ,所采取的工艺方案合理 ,技术措施得当 。
This paper has introduced the machining methods and problem analysis for the key parts of the WISCO 2250 crank crop shear, such as the housing, bearing chock, crankshaft, top and bottom knife carriage, with the practical operation, it is proved that the quality of the product can be satisfied with the reasonable technology process and reliable technical measures.
