摘要
攀钢钢卷运输链辊道座原结构在使用时发生了塑性变形。现对该结构进行了修改 ,需要确定结构在额定载荷下的应力和变形情况 ,以及结构不发生塑性变形的最大载荷。本文叙述了应用 MSC.Marc软件通过非线性有限元分析 ,解决这一问题的具体过程和结果。
The plastic deformation was happened in the roller table pedestal of the original coil conveyor, so this structure was upgraded in order to define the stress and deformation situation under the rated load as well as the max.load with no plastic deformation. This paper has described the detail process to solve this issues with MSC.Marc software and the non-linear finite element analysis.
