一个人的成才是智力因素和非智力因素的总和,而意志力是非智力因素中非常重要的因素。当前,学校教育中对学生意志力的教育和培养是模糊、淡化的,这就要求社会、家庭、学校创造条件,教师、家长不断提高素质来加强对学生意志力的培养。

A man's capability is the tolal of intelligent factors and nonintelligent factors. And aspiration is the most important one of nonintelligence factors. Now, in school education, it is fuzzy and indifferent to foster students' aspiration. It is urgent for the whole society, families and schools, particularly the school teachers to strengthen and foster students' spiration.
