社会药房的药师也应加强药学服务

Pharmacists of community pharmacy should understand and pe rform pharmaceutical care

目的 :调查社会药房的药师对“药学服务”的掌握和开展情况。方法 :在“药学服务”讲座前考查 12 7名社会药房的药师是否知道“药学服务”(pharm aceutical care)及获取渠道 ,听完“药学服务”讲座后回顾以前的工作中开展“药学服务”的频度和形式 ,并提出今后工作中可开展“药学服务”的内容。比较不同学历、职称、工作年限的药师在药学服务上的差异。 结果 :(1)听讲座前知晓“药学服务”的有 75名药师 ,占 5 9.1% ;学历较高、职称较高、工龄较长的药师知晓药学服务者较多 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。 (2 )听完“药学服务”讲座后回顾以前的工作曾开展过药学服务的有 6 6名药师 ,占 5 2 .0 % ;学历较高和工龄较长的药师开展药学服务者较多 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。 (3)关于以后工作中开展“药学服务”的内容 ,大部分考虑到了指导病人用药而忽视了观察疗效、病人用药依从性和不良反应等方面。结论 :社会药房的药师应加强对“药学服务”理念的学习 。

Objective: To survey the conditio ns of understanding and performing pharmaceutical care in pharmacists of commun ity pharmacy. Methods: Before giving the lecture about pha rmaceutical care, 127 pharmacists of community pharmacy were asked about w hether they had known the term ‘pharmaceutical care’ and the way to get it. A fter the lecture, they were asked to mention the frequency and form of pharmaceu tical care in their past work and how to perform it in the future. The differenc es in above mention between pharmacists with different education backgroud, pro fessional degree and work time were compared. Results: (1) Seven ty five (59 1%) pharmacists of community pharmacy had known pharmaceutical care bef ore attending the lecture. Of them majority possess high education background, h igh professional degree and long work time(P<0.05). (2) Sixty six(52.0%) pha rmacists of community pharmacy had carried out pharmaceutical care in the past . Amon g them, pharmacists with high education background and long work time accounted for a considerable proportion(P<0.05). (3) Most pharmacists permitted to ins truct the patients in selecting the drugs, choosing the dosage form, determing t he course of treatment and the method of administration in the future, but negle cted the observation on the therapeutic efficacy, adverse reaction of drugs and patient's compliance. Conclusion: Pharmacists of community pharmacy must strengthen to learn concept of pharmaceutical care and carry out it in the work more actively.
