在防治SARS工作中加强医院感染控制的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨在防治SARS工作中加强医院感染控制的方法。方法 根据医院的实际情况、工作特点、布局及病人进入医院的诊疗流程 ,推测易出现SARS疫情污染危险程度的高低 ,依次将医院划分为甲、乙、丙、丁 4个区域 ,针对不同区域采取不同的消毒隔离及防护措施。结果 在前 3个月的防治工作中共接诊发热病人4 881人 ,留观 15 19人 ,占银川市发热病人总数的 6 8.84 % ,而参加防治的医务人员 2 4 8人在工作期间及结束后两周之内身体状态良好 ,实现了医务人员“零感染”的目标 ,有效地控制了院内交叉感染。结论 加强院内感染控制 ,要重点做好以下几个方面的工作 :结合实际情况 ,制定严格的消毒、隔离及防护制度和措施 ;组织人员培训 ,树立防护意识 ,掌握防护技能 ;严格划分三个区域 ;管理组织者要经常深入防治SARS第一线 。 Objectives To probe the method of strengthened nosocomial infection control during the protection and treatment of SARS.Methods According to our hospital reality, working feature, hospital layout and diagnostic process for the patients entering into our hospital, the hospital was divided into such 4 areas as A,B,C and D in prober order based on the possibility of infecting SARS.Results During prior 3 months of protection and treatment, 4881 patients with fever were diagnosed and treated in our hospital. There were 1519 patients with fever being stayed in observing room. The patients with fever coming to our hospital accounted for 68.84% in Yinchuan city. 248 health care workers (HCWs) participated in the direct and indirect treatment of SARS had a healthy state during the action and 2 weeks after the action against SARS. The aim of zero infection of HCWs was realized.Conclusions The control of infection in our hospital was strengthened during the protection and treatment of SARS. The important measures include to work out a system about strict disinfection, isolation and protection according to our reality; to organize personnel training; to establish the consciousness of protection and to grasp the skill of protection;The clean area, semi-infection area and infective area were distinguished strictly;The organizer went often deep into the first front of protecting and treating SARS and realized the on-the spot guidance.
