Methods about How to Deal with the Problems of Library in its Development and Construction

目前图书馆面临的一些新问题;对图书馆的信息需求、自身建设、服务质量等方面的建议;图书馆工作人员的自身素质的提高。

This paper groped some new questions, which the library confronts to at present. It will provide some such as the needs of informations, the constucuctions of itself, the quantity of severice, and it will also give some reasonable suggestions to the improvement of the librians' abilities themselves.
