摘要
用国产中孔高硅沸石通过浸渍法制备了润滑油异构化催化剂 .考察了氢气压力为 1 4.5~ 1 5.0MPa ,空速为1 .35h- 1,氢油体积比为 350∶1时 ,糠醛精制后 1 50BS润滑油于不同温度下的异构化反应 .分别测定实验产品的凝点、液收率、黏度及蒸馏后各组分的体积分数 .结果表明 ,载体质量配比为m (丝光沸石 )∶m (CDM - 5)∶m (Al2 O3) =55∶1 5∶30的双沸石催化剂比单沸石催化剂有更好的降凝作用 .经 3次交换 ,w(Pt)为 0 .4 % ,载体酸性改进剂w (F)为 1 .50 %的双功能催化剂降凝效果较好 ,测得未蒸馏油品的凝点可达到 - 6 0℃ .反应温度应控制在 350~ 370℃ ,超过 370℃ ,润滑油裂化加剧 。
For isomerization of lube oil over domestic high-silicon zeo lite, the catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. The isomerizing reaction s of lube oil (150BS refined by furfural) at different temperature are investiga ted under the reaction condition, hydrogen pressure being 14.5~15.0 MPa, space velocity being 1.35 h -1 , H 2∶oil (volume ratio) being 350. Product pour points, liquid product yield, viscosity indexes, percentage by volume of distill ation cut were determined respectively. The results show that the bizeolite cata lyst has superior activity to the single zeolite catalyst in pour point depressi on, it's mass ratio (mordenite∶CDM-5∶Al 2O 3) is 55∶15∶30. The pour point of non-distilled product is -60 ℃. Mass fraction of Pt being 0.4%, that of F being 1.50%, the bifunctional catalysts prepared by tertiary ammonium exchange h ave better property of pour point depression. The reaction temperature should ra nge from 350 ℃ to 370 ℃, if the temperature is higher than that, cracking woul d be violent, isomerization not sufficient.
