胃癌术前区域动脉灌注化疗加手术联合治疗的疗效观察(附24例)

Effect on regional intra-arterial chemotherapeutic perfusion of preoperative gastric cancer combined with operation

目的 :提高治愈性手术切除率。方法 :术前区域动脉灌注化疗加手术联合治疗胃癌。结果 :术前介入后术中发现肿瘤病灶周围均出现不同程度的纤维化 ,浸润粘连少 ,局部组织疏松水肿 ,肿瘤易于剥离。结论 :术前介入明显提高了胃癌的手术切除率。

Objective:To raise the elevating resection rate of gastric cancer.Methods:24 cases of gastric cancer treated by regional intra-arterial chemotherapeutic perfusion(RAIC) before operation,together with finds in operation,pathological changes and clinical effects were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The patients underwent RAIC before operation were found that around of focal showed fibrosis,less soakage conglatination.The tumors were easy to be peeled off.Conclusion:Inventional intra-arterial perfusion chemotherapy of gastric cancer before operation is an effective method for elevating resection rate of gastric cancer.
