摘要
目的 :探讨带锥度桩核的长度 ,宽度 ,单核及多核对烤瓷修复体固位力的的影响因素。方法 :选择牙周及牙根条件良好的上颌单根及多根牙 110例 ,按预成桩核的长度 ( 9.0mm ,12 .0mm )及顶端直径( 0 .5mm0 .9mm)分成 4组进行桩核及烤瓷牙的修复。结果 :通过 3年及 5年随访 ,12 .0mm长桩核及多个桩核的固位力优于 9.0mm及单核的固位力。结论 :通过带锥度桩核固位力的研究我们可以得出这样的结论 :固位力主要取决于桩核的长度和桩核的数目。
Objective: Discuss effect of length, diameter, single post and many posts of tapered posts on the retention.Methods: choose good gum's upper jaw single root and many roots 110cases prefabricated posts with constant tapered angle but with two different lengths (9.0mm,12.0mm) and apical diameters (0.5mm,0.9mm) were divided into four groups and finished restore of enamel tooth.Results: Following three and five years, the retention was effected strongly with the increase in the length and many posts than with the increase in the diameter and single post.Conclusion: Concerning the tapered posts tested in this study, it is concluded that some caution should be exercised in the choice of post with appropriate length and amount rathar than diameter for the tooth concerned.
