摘要
法向圆弧螺旋锥齿轮传动是一种新的锥齿轮传动形式.为了验证这种传动副设计及加工的正确性,提出一种基于三坐标测量数据的误差评定方法.首先建立误差评定的数学模型,对在三坐标测量机上获得的廓面坐标点集进行有效数据的提取,进而获得理想要素,并分离出齿形带与齿向带数据,经处理得到其齿形与齿向误差信息.通过对样件的实际检测,验证了这一方法的正确性与技术的可行性.
The normal arc spiral bevel gears is a new type of transmission pair. In order to measure its tooth profile error, the method based on the data measured on Threecoordinate Instrument is put forward. The mathematics model is built up and the tooth profile and orientation strip data can be separated from the coordinate data, then the error can be obtained. In the end of the paper, by measuring the actual workpiece, the correctness and feasibility of this method are proved.
