摘要
采用完全混合厌氧消化工艺处理城市垃圾,分析在不同条件下pH值和VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)的变化过程.结果表明在不同C:N比下,TS(进料固体含量)由10%增加到20%没有给消化系统pH和VFA带来显著变化,当TS增加到30%时,厌氧消化系统pH值明显下降,VFA浓度较高.VFA浓度在C:N比为15:1时低于C:N比为25:1.针对完全混合厌氧消化过程复杂、影响因素多的特点采用正交实验的方法,研究在三因素条件下的厌氧消化过程,实验结果表明,温度对厌氧消化体系的影响程度最大,TS次之,C/N比的影响最小.
The complete mix anaerobic digestion system was used to treat municipal solid waste (MSW). The pH value and the VFA (volatile fat acid) were analyzed under different conditions. The results showed that the TS content increasing from 10% to 20% did not bring significant change. When the TS content increased to 30%, the pH in liquid phase dropped and the VFA content was higher. According to the complicated character of the anaerobic digestion, The orthogonal experiment was used to select best technical conditions. The results showed that temperature affected most remarkable followed by TS; the C: N ratio influence coefficient was the least.
