摘要
电容层析成像技术是20世纪80年代中后期形成和发展起来的过程层析成像技术,由于电容传感器具有"软场"特性,并且数据采集系统所获得的投影数据有限,因此图像重建精度的提高成为电容层析成像技术研究的一个难点,为解决这一问题,研究了电容层析成像系统的构成和数学模型,阐述了ECT系统的图像重建算法的发展现状及改进方法.
Electrical capacitance tomography is a process tomography evolved during the midlate 1980's. Due to the 'soft field' nature and the limited projection data, it has been a difficult spot in ECT technique to improve the of qualityimage reconstruction. In this paper the composition and mathematical model of electrical capacitance tomography systemis. introdaced Then the state of the art of image reconstruction algorithms is throughly studied.
