摘要
通过实验研究了溶液pH值对镀镍液的阴极电流效率、分散能力、镀镍层的外观、孔隙率的影响。结果表明 ,当pH值在 4 .0~ 5 .0范围内变化时 ,镀层外观较好 ,当pH值为 5 .0时 ,镀液的阴极电流效率最高为 98.8% ,分散能力最好 ,达 35 .8% ,孔隙率最低为 3个 /cm2 。
Investigated by experiment,this paper studied the influence of the pH value of solution on the current efficiency of the cathode and the dispersion ability of nickel electroplating solution and the influence on the appearance and porosity nickel electroplating layer. The result of the experiment shows that,when the pH value is between 4.0~5.0,the appearance of the plating layer is better.When the pH is 5.0 ,the maxmumcurrent efficiency of the cathode of the nicked plating solution can reach 98.8 %,The dispersion ability is the best,it can reach 35.8 %.The porosity is the lowest,it is 3 holes/cm 3
