椎管内注药加针刺推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of administration in spinal canal and acupuncture combined with manipulation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的 观察椎管内注药加针刺、推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者 80例 ,随机分为 2组。治疗组 4 0例用椎管内注药加针刺、推拿手法治疗 ,对照组 4 0例单纯用推拿手法治疗 ,观察比较 2组疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率 72 .5 % ,总有效率 95 .0 % ;对照组治愈率 5 0 .0 % ,总有效率 82 .5 %。 2组治愈率和总有效率比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 椎管内注药加针刺。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of administration in spinal canal and acupuncture combined with manipulation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 80 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by injecting drugs into spinal canal combined with acupuncture and manipulation; the other 40 patients in control group were treated by manipulation only. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 72.5% and 95.0% respectively; those in control group were 50.0% and 82.5% respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of administration in spinal canal and acupuncture combined with manipulation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is superior to that of only manipulation.
