摘要 对浙江温岭火山角砾岩中的碳化树木进行了高分辨电子显微镜、X粉晶衍射和激光拉曼光谱研究。高分辨电子显微像表明火山角砾岩中的碳化树木相当于微柱石墨—柔绉石墨过渡阶段。碳化树木的一级拉曼光谱D峰波数在 135 9 7~ 136 9 2cm-1之间 ,O峰波数在 15 94 5~ 16 0 3 4cm-1之间。根据峰面积比AD (AD +AO)计算得出其La 在 7 6~ 11 8nm之间 ,与高分辨电子显微像观察结果一致。 The carbonated tree in volcanic breccia has been studied through high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM),X-ray powder diffraction and laser Raman spectroscopy.The HRTEM imagine shows that it was the product of transition from micro-column to flexible crape graphite.The D-peak position is 1?359 7~1?369 2?cm -1.The O-peak position is 1?601 5?~1?603 4?cm -1.Its second Raman spectroscopy reflect its crystallinity and the peak area ratio A D/(A D+A O) reflects the crystal size(L a).The estimated L a of carbonated tree in volcanic tree is 7 6~11 8?nm.
