摘要
介绍了一种高频群脉冲电源的设计原理和提高电源可靠性的方法,并详细讨论了IGBT的过压和过流保护技术。功率开关器件IGBT的门极控制信号通过光纤传输,极大地避免了环境噪声的影响,提高了IGBT的关断控制精度,从而获得了良好的信号输出。调试表明,该电源结构合理、稳定可靠。
This paper introduces the key designs of high frequency group pulses power supply and presents some methods for increasing the reliability of the power supply.In addition, the overvoltage and the overcurrent protection of IGBT are discussed in detail.The control voltage of IGBT's grid is transmitted by the optical fiber,which largely filtrates the disturbance noise and improves the switching precision,so the nice output of IGBT is obtained.The experimental results shown that the structure of power supply is good and its performance is steady and reliable.
