摘要
采用EPEC2000系列车用微处理器模块,开发了LTU90A智能摊铺机,实现筑路工程机械自动控制;在通讯硬件平台的支持下,便于筑路机群各机种间通讯和远程故障诊断,有利于提高摊铺机路面施工质量和效率;针对EPEC车用模块,分析了CODESYS编程软件的开发、用户程序的设计及系统函数库的调用;利用CAN总线通讯技术在通讯过程中具有的可靠性、实时性和灵活性的特点,采用CAN网络结构和CAN2.0B数据包的定义,将数据传送分为3种发送级别.由于摊铺机工作环境恶劣,为了提高系统通讯的可靠性,在CAN的MAC层已具有CRC校验的基础上,增加一级求和取模校验措施.实践结果表明,CANBUS系统可靠性高,便于扩充,实时性好.
Intelligent paver LTU90A is developed with the application of EPEC2000 vehicleuse microprocessor modules in order to accomplish the automatic control of the speed, direction, and spread of the machine and so on . With the support of the hardware platform of telecommunication, it is convenient for the communication among machines and the longdistance fault diagnosis ,which can improve the quality and efficiency of the road construction of the paver . In allusion to EPEC vehicleuse modules, the development of CODESYS software , the design of user programme and the application of the library of system functions are analyzed. The characteristics of CANBUS technology in the communication process which is reliable,realtime and flexible can be made the best of this project .CABBUS network structure and the definition of CAN2.0B data package are adopted in the communication. According to the importance of every kind of data in the intelligent paver, the delivery of data can be divided into three kinds of sending levels . Because of the working environment which is abominable, in this system the sum check should be added which is based on the CRC check on the MAC layer of CAN in order to ulteriorly improve the reliability of the communication of the system. Owing to high reliability, convenient expansibility and good realtime ,the CANBUS system can be applied in the field of engineering machinery.
