摘要
应用免疫学技术初步研究了抗关节炎制剂(主要成分为海洋节肢动物甲壳制备的氨基多糖)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。试验结果发现,随着剂量的增加,该制剂可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的碳粒廓清速率和吞噬指数;较高剂量(20mg·kg^(-1))可增强小鼠酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶阳性淋巴细胞的百分率和激发迟发型过敏反应。实验结果表明,该制剂可增强小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,特别是在增强小鼠的非特异性免疫反应方面有明显作用。
The effects of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) , which are extracted from chitin by biologic method, prepared as antiarthritic preparation, on immune function in mice have been studied with immunological techniques. The results showed that all dose of antiarthritic preparation could enhance the speed of carbonpanticle elimination and the phagocytic index of the macrophages significantly. But only the higher dosage of antiarthritic preparation (20mg ·kg-1 ) could increase the positive percentage of lymphocyte α-Naphthyl Acetate enzyme (ANAE+) and the delayed hypersensitivity. The study suggested that this preparation can improve both the specific and nonspecific immune function, especially the nonspecific immune function.
