摘要
对焊接空心球-钢管节点进行了有限元分析,研究了未焊透深度、补强环焊缝焊脚长度对球节点应力集中的影响;讨论了对含超标未焊透缺陷的球节点,采用角焊缝补强工艺的可行性。
FEM analysis was conducted on the welded empty sphere and stell tube joint in this paper, effects of the incompletely filled groove depth and the leg length of reinforced circle welding seam on the spheric joint stress concentration was studied, discussion was done on the feasibility of reinforcing the superscaled incomplete penetration spheric joint with fillet weld.
