摘要
根据结构动力学有限单元法 ,对振动比较剧烈的 2D12输气压缩机出口管系的固有频率和位移响应进行了计算 ,与实测结果作了比较 ,模拟出原管系的支承刚度。通过改变集管器的直径、调整支承位置和支承刚度 ,进行管系减振方案设计 ,经过反复计算和对比分析 。
According to dynamic finite element method,the natural frequencies and the displacement responses for the exit pipe system of 2D12 compressor have been computed,its results have been compared with the experiment results,and the supporting rigidities of initial abutments have been simulated.The vibration damping design has been completed by changing the diameter of collecting pipe and adjusting the supporting rigidities and positions of abutments.As a result of the repeatedly computing and comparing,the best modified version of vibration damping has been given.
