纳米陶瓷粉末激光选择性烧结初探 被引量:4

摘要 在分析纳米陶瓷材料烧结成形技术基础上 ,结合选择性激光快速成形的最新发展 ,针对纳米陶瓷材料在烧结应用中遇到的难题 ,提出了一种全新的纳米粉末材料烧结的方法 ,即纳米陶瓷粉末激光选择性烧结。结果表明 ,在所选的工艺参数下 ,Al2 O3及 Si C纳米陶瓷粉末烧结后仍保持在原有的纳米尺度 ,基本没有长大 ,且所获得的烧结块体致密。 The paper summarized the characteristics of nanocrystalline cerimic materials production and sintering. In view of the difficulties of sintering nano-materials, a new sintering method is given, which is selective Laser Sintering(SLS) of nanocrystalline cerimic materials. The method has more merits on sintering nanocrystalline powder than that of existing other sintering methods. The experimental results show that Al 2O 3 and SiC nanocrystalline cerimic materials can be formed in SLS with proper process parameters. The bulk material is compact and the grain size of it is close to that of original powder material. At the same time, some key factors are discussed.
