摘要
本文运用高速摄影、影片解析方法,分析虞轶群跳远助跑和起跳步长及起跳腿膝关节角度等技术指标,发现其助跑最后3步速度较快,但助跑节奏不够稳定,步幅变化较大,靠视觉感知来调整步长。在起跳蹬伸阶段,起跳腿膝关节蹬伸幅度和蹬伸角速度与世界优秀运动员有一定差距。
By applying the methods of high-speed photography and film analysing, the article analy-ses the technical indexes of Yu Yiquns long jump run-up, length of jumping pace and the angle of theknee joint of the jumping leg. The result shows the velocity of his last three run-up paces is fast. But therhythm is not so stable. The length of his paces is regulated by the feeling of vision. At the moment ofleg-stretching for jumping, the range and angle velocity of the knee joint of his jumping leg need to beimproved compared to the world top athletes.
