摘要
从身体机能、专项技能,排球兴趣培养等方面入手,以实验组与对照组的均数检验对比为依据,对排球选项课运用"赏识教育"进行教学的效果进行了实验研究,得出该实验在改善学生心理状态,培养排球兴趣,提高技能学习效果等方面却有着十分明显的意义。
The paper is about the experimental study on the effect of applying' appreciation education' to volleyball optional lesson. The experiment focused on the body function, the special technical ability and volleyball interest cultivation by contrasting the experiment group with the matched group . It is very effective to improve students' mental state, explore the volleyball interest and increase the technical learning ability despite its minor contribution to body function development.
