摘要
随着竞争的日益激烈 ,特别是随着企业规模的逐渐扩大 ,技术上的逐渐升级 ,我国民营企业家族式的管理越来越不适应经济全球化的环境和国际竞争的需要 ,也越来越阻碍民营企业的发展。民营企业必须转变管理观念 ,通过建立规范化的公司制度、科学的分配制度以及社会化的人才机制 ,实现民营企业管理体制的转变。
Confronting the ever-increasing competition, especially with the expansion of enterprise scope and the technological upgrade, the family management prevailing in mass-run enterprises of our country is hard to adapt to globalization and international competition, hindering their development. Therefore, mass-run enterprises must change their value of management, standardize their company mechanism and form a scientific distribution system and a talent-hunting approach so as to complete the transformation of their management system.
