摘要
人才素质测评在人才选拨、配置、考核中发挥着越来越重要的作用 ,但人们对这一领域的认识还存在着许多误区。必须提高人们、特别是领导对素质测评的认识和重视程度 ,规范素质测评程序 ,加强素质测评专业队伍建设 。
Estimating the quality of talents plays a more important role in the selection, allocation and examination of qualified personnel. However, men still have a prejudice against it. People, especially leaders must draw much attention to it, standardize the process in estimating quality, strengthen the building of professional groups, so as to bring the role of talent estimation into full play.
