摘要
企业文化是企业发展的灵魂。在经济全球化的时代背景下 ,企业文化建设从五个方面向企业家提出严峻挑战 :随着企业文化内涵的丰富、外延的扩大 ,要求企业家对企业文化的认识必须有一个新飞跃 ;企业家如何从中西文化的交融中汲取营养 ,实现企业的个性发展 ;如何围绕企业文化的主旋律、框架体系和建设规范制定发展战略 ;如何树立创新思维方式 ,根据业态组织、营销网络建立企业文化创新机制 ;如何强化集体领导意识 ,增强领导艺术。企业家惟有站在新高度 ,走向新境界 ,建设全新的企业文化 ,企业才能适应市场竞争 ,不断发展壮大。
Enterprise culture is the core of its development. Against the background of economic globalization, enterprisers are met by a challenge from the building of enterprise culture in five aspects: requiring enterpriser for a brand-new view toward the rich connotation and extension of enterprise culture; absorbing the essence from Chinese and western culture to realize the unique development of enterprises; laying down a plan for development in line with the framework, standard and central work of enterprise culture; establishing a creative way of thinking to form an innovative mechanism for enterprise culture in the light of business organization, marketing network; strengthening the awareness of collective leadership and the art of leading. Only by carrying out a new horizon of enterpriser can enterprises form a brand new enterprise culture and adapt to severe market competition, developing and strengthening forever.
