摘要
所有权本位观 ,是大陆物权法乃至整个民法的重要课题。本文对民法所有权本位观的流变史进行梳理、检讨 ,提出了所有权本位观经历了个人主义和团体主义及调和主义的发展历程 。
Ownership identities are an important topic in Continental property ownership law and even civil law. The paper traces the development of ownership identities in European Continental civil law, puts forward that ownership identities are the result of the evolution of individualism, collectivism and reconciliation, and draws lesions concerned.
