Necessity for China's Positive Financial Policies in 2003

我国自 1998年下半年实施积极财政政策以来 ,取得了很大成绩 ,但关于积极财政政策的持续性 ,理论界有较大争议 ,本文主要结合我国今年的经济形势 。

Since the implementation of positive financial policies in the second half of 1998, great progress has been made, but there still exists controversy on the continuation of those policies. The paper holds that those policies should be carried on in 2003.
