创新教育是培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基本价值取向的教育实践。文章就如何开展创新教育从办学理念 ,积极推行弹性教学管理制度 ,激发学生的求知欲 ,培养良好的学习方法和习惯 ,培养学生创新情感和人格 。
Innovative education is a way to cultivate innovative spirit and talents. The paper puts forward views in this regard in terms of concepts, administration system, students'motivation, and learning methods or habits, in an attempt to nurture pioneering personalities, benign atmosphere of learning and creative teachers.
