传统图书馆的服务在不断萎缩 ,它已经不能完全适应网络化、数字化建设的需要 ,高校图书馆的管理、服务和信息化技术建设已成为高校图书馆改革和发展的重要内容。数字图书馆在不断发展壮大 ,在提高传统图书馆技术的同时要加快数字图书馆的建设与发展 。

The traditional library is declining because it cannot meet the needs fully for the development of network and digital technology. Therefore, the management, service and the development of information technology in the university library have become the main items of the reform and the development of university libraries. The digital library is exerting its power. In order to follow the development in the information technology age, we should do our best to speed up the construction and development of digital library in the process of improving technology for the management of the traditional library.
