摘要
采用调查法、访问法等 ,探索汉中市普通居民体育活动的特点与规律。市民参与体育活动的基本特征主要包括 :①市民体育观念“理性”化 ;②体育活动场所“自然”化 ;③体育活动项目“生活”化 ;④体育活动方式“季节”化 ;⑤女性健身活动“时尚”化 ;⑥市民体育消费“滞后”化。
The regularity and Characteristics of the sports activities of ordinary residents in Hanzhong are explored through investigation and interview. Such basic Characteristics are included as:①The sports concept being rationalized ②the places of sports activities being naturalized ③the sports items tending to connect more with usual life ④the wags of sports activities Changing with the season ⑤the female going into gyms becoming a fashion (fad) ⑥the consumption of sports goods being detained.
