摘要
在查阅大量相关文献资料的基础上,笔者结合我国职业篮球俱乐部发展的实际,对我国职业篮球俱乐部当前的法律性质进行了研究,文章从我国职业篮球俱乐部的注册、职业篮球俱乐部与政府和中国篮球协会的关系、国外职业篮球俱乐部的法律性质、我国职业篮球俱乐部的发展与建设等几个方面进行了论述。
This article, connected with the development of Chinese professional basketball clubs, has a deep research on their present legal character.
