摘要
笔者依据结构—定向教学思想来指导背越式跳高教学,从教育心理学入手,来构建学生的心理结构,并对运动技术的各个环节实施定向培养;同时结合操作技能的一般规律即操作定向、操作模仿、操作整合和操作熟练来不断的改进和完善运动技术,以便使学生尽快的掌握背越式跳高技术,提高教学效果。
According to 'structure-orentation'theory,guidint the teaching of Fosbury,constructing the psychological structure of the students,and applying the different orientation cultivation.At the same time combining the regularity of motor skill as motor skill,imitation,integration and auto-matization.improving the sports skill,so as to master fast the skill of Fosbury and enhance the effect of teaching.
