摘要
工资关系是最能反映用人单位和劳动者关系的敏感问题,在我国还没有一套完善的工资保障制度的情况下,深圳通过地方立法将初步建立起基本的工资保障制度体系,总结深圳的工资保障立法经验,将有助于我国建立完善的工资保障制度。
The wages relations can best reflect the sensitive issue of employer employee relations. In China,there has not beem an ideal wages safeguarking system, Shenzhen will establish a basic Wages-safe guarding system through its local legislation.This paper analyses the past practice of Shenzhen in this aspect,illustrates the good and bad of it and hopes to be beneficial to the establishment of a perfect system in the whole country of China.
