An Overview of Enterprise Group Theory: A Cooperative Efficiency based Analysis Framework

企业集团问题的理论研究主要集中于企业集团形成与发展的经济学动因;企业集团内部联结纽带的合作经济学解释和与企业集团内部组织结构相对应的有效决策权分配。在博弈模型的分析框架下,探讨集团内部由相关决策主体的决策行为交织成的合作网络所决定的若干问题,极有可能成为未来探索企业集团理论的方向。

Theoretical researches on enterprise group issues are concentrated on (i)the economics reasons why enterprise groups are formed and developed; (ii) cooperative economic interpretation about the ties of linkage and unity within the enterprise groups and (iii) efficient decision-authority allocation corresponding with the organizational structure within the enterprise groups. It is highly possible for the issues decided by the cooperative network that consists of decision-making behaviors of related subjects within the framework of the game model to become a future direction of exploring the enterprise group theory.
