摘要
我国消费者保护法律体系具有全面体现以人为本的价值取向的基本特色,但也存在不适应消费者保护现实要求和落后于国际消费者保护立法的疏漏,因此,应进一步完善消费者保护法律体系的建设性构想。
Chinese consumer law protection system has the basic value characteristics based on human beings but has the defects which do not meet the requirement of realization of consumer protection and lag behind the legislation of international consumer protection.
