加入WTO与高校体育专业人才培养模式的转变

China's Entering into WTO and the Conversion of Training Pattern of P.E Talents in Colleges and Universities

对我国加入WTO对体育领域的影响及体育专业人才标准的新要求进行分析 ,指出了高校体育专业人才培养的现状 ,从宏观上提出培养模式应从内适质量型和外适质量型转向强调个适的综合质量型。同时提出具体要突出从重传承向重创新等五个方面的转变。

This text gives analysis of the influence on the physical field made by china's entering into WTO and the new requirements of training standard of P.E talents. It shows the current situation of the training of physical talents. It points out that the training pattern, in general, should be transferred from in-adapt quality and out-adapt quality to single-adapt comprehensive quality, and that five conversions should be made, especially the one that the emphasis on passing on knowledge and technique is to be transferred to the emphasis on creativeness.
