河南省高中体育教师工作满意度现状的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Degree of Job Satisfaction of the P.E.Teachers in Senior Middle School in Henan Province

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法 ,运用自编的高中教师工作满意度调查问卷 ,对 13 2位河南省高中体育教师进行调查后认为 :( 1)河南省高中体育教师在自我实现、同事、教学活动方面的满意度较高 ,在待遇、领导与管理方面满意度较低。 ( 2 )男、女教师的工作满意度除社会支持 1项女教师高于男教师外 ,其余 7项无显著差异。 ( 3 )职称与整体工作满意度间的关系呈倒山峰形态。 ( 4 )从教不同年级的高中体育教师的工作满意度间无显著差异。

With the methods of literure review, talk, questionnaire and statistics, the author uses a self-designed questionnaire does an investigation on 132 P.E. teachers in Senior Middle School in Henan province. The author holds that:①considering from self-realization, colleague relationship and teaching activites, the degree of satisfaction of the teachers is relatively higher, so long as treatment, leadership and administration are concerned, the degree of satisfaction is lower; ②viewed from social supporting, the female teachers are more satisfied. There's no difference between the teachers of the two sexes concerning the rest 7 factors; ③ The relation between the title and the general degree of job satisfaction showes 'V' shape; ④no obvious difference is identified between the degree of job satisfaction of the teachers of different grades.
