现代高校体育教师个体素质结构的理论探讨

Study on the Quality Structure of PE Teachers in Colleges & Universities

为了使高校体育教师更好地适应现代社会发展的要求 ,文章运用文献资料综述法 ,在正确理解个体素质结构内涵的基础上 ,分析了体育教师的职业素质特点 ,并提出现代高校体育教师的个体素质结构应是由非智力因素、能力结构、知识结构所组成的一个系统的复合结构 ,并建立了相应的结构模式。

By means of researching literature data and on the basis of good understanding of the meaning of personal quality structure , the article made analysis of the profession characteristics of PE teachers, put forward that the quality structure of modern PE teachers in colleges and universities would be a compound structure which consisted of non-intelligence characters, ability structure and knowledge structure and finally set up the structure model so as to make PE teachers' quality meet the requirement of society development.
