Improving the Criminal Law through Legislation to Safeguard Network information Security

网络信息安全是涉及国家安全、国民经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题 ,如何运用刑法来维护网络信息安全是我们必须面对的一个重要课题。我国现行刑法在保护网络信息安全方面尽管有所规定 ,但仍有许多亟待完善的地方 。

Network information security is a major question bearing on state security,the development of the national economy and social stability.Therefore,to use the criminal law to safeguard its security has become an important subject we are facing.In China's existing criminal law, there are provisions safeguarding network information security,but,at the same time,also many imperfect parts which need very much to be improved by means of legislation.
