反相高效液相色谱法测定栀子浓缩颗粒中栀子苷含量

Determination of Geniposide in Capejasmine Concentrate Pellet by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立栀子浓缩颗粒中栀子苷含量的 HPL C测定方法。方法 :采用 Phenomenex C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇∶水 =35∶ 6 5 ,在 2 38nm波长处检测。结果 :栀子苷的线性范围为 0 .15 9～ 0 .795μg,r=0 .99994 ,平均加样回收率为 98.38% ,RSD为 1.4 9% (n=6 )。结论 :方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 。

Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Capejasmine Concentrafe Pellet. Methods: A Phenomenex C 18 Column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (35∶65), The detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 0.159～0.795 μg,r=0.999 94. the average recovery was 98.38%, RSD=1.49% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Capejasinine Concentrate Pellet.
