实际裁员预审模型及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 本文首先从原理和内容两个方面介绍了加拿大学者提出的“实际裁员预审”模型,然后指出该模型的主要意义在于通过充分沟通最大限度降低“留岗者综合症”,同时探讨了该模型对我国组织裁员的现实意义。
