摘要 轮廓的检测是病变区域提取、特定组织测量以及实现三维重建的基础。本文研究了基于Snakes模型和基于区域增长提取肿瘤病变组织边界的方法 。 Edge detection is the basis of taking focus,measuring tissue and3D reconstruction.In the paper,we chiefly study the methods of Snakes and region growing.Experiment shows that Snake is superior to region growing for tumor contour extraction of CT image.
