摘要
卒中后,在梗死区周边存在一可逆的半暗带,利用神经保护因子或通过改变半暗带基因表达可保护半暗带,阻止脑组织缺血性损伤的发生和发展。文章对脑缺血基因治疗的原理、基因表达、实验方法和治疗等进行了综述。
